Subscriptions & Premium Features
Subscription Terms
If you subscribe to premium features:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is processed by third-party payment processors.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund policies are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by subscription type.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price increases.
- Access: Premium features are accessible only during an active subscription period.

Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises, we follow this process:
- Direct Communication: First, contact us on @thevpnmatrix to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to responding within 14 business days.
- Mediation (if applicable): If direct communication fails, we may agree to mediation through a neutral third party.
- Arbitration (if required by law): Some jurisdictions require binding arbitration for certain disputes. If arbitration is required or agreed upon, it will be conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
- Court Proceedings: If arbitration is not required or is waived, disputes may be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
EU/UK Users: Right to Redress
